I understand that monthly fetal doppler rental fees will be charged to my credit card. The initial charge will be made on the day that the fetal doppler rental is shipped. Recurring charges will be made on the date the fetal doppler rental was shipped each month thereafter until the doppler is returned. The fetal doppler rental fee includes all taxes except when ordered in the State of Arizona. Tax will be added upon check out. Any applicable shipping charges will be charged with the first month's rental.
When I want to return the Fetal Doppler rental unit, I will contact via telephone at 1 (800) 242-5421 or (520) 219-5292, or via email at returns@sweetbeats.net. No further charges will be made provided the fetal doppler rental is returned by the billing date or I have informed Sweet Beats I am returning the fetal doppler on my billing date and the doppler is picked up by DHL by my billing date. Fetal Doppler rental fees are not prorated at any time for any reason. Should I get behind on fetal doppler rental fees, I will be notified by mail. Should I become 2 months behind on fetal doppler rental fees, I will be responsible for a one-time fee of $20 in addition to rent owed. If my account goes to collections (which occurs once I am 3 months behind on fetal doppler rental payments), I will be responsible for the full purchase price of the doppler ($449 for the non-display and $549 for the display) minus any rental fees I have paid, plus the $20 fee and a 30% collections fee.
I understand that it is my responsibility to contact Sweet Beats when my credit card/debit card fails, is declined, or expires. Sweet Beats will only notify me by mail when payment fails. If you move or billing address has changed it is your sole responsibility to notify us. If we receive back correspondence informing you of your delinquent account you will be sent immediately to collections and all further attempts at contact curtailed. Your monthly rental of a Sweet Beats fetal doppler is a bill and needs to be paid as such.
The Sweet Beats Fetal Doppler will perform to manufacturer's specifications during the rental period. Sweet Beats will replace any fetal doppler rental which does not work properly during the rental period so long as the unit has not been damaged by misuse, neglect, or accident. Sweet Beats will be the determiner of any damage to a fetal doppler rental unit.
We take your privacy very seriously and make sure that all orders for fetal doppler rentals made on our site are made by the card holder or with the card holder's knowledge. If you input the incorrect billing address for the debit/credit card your fetal doppler rental order will have address errors. In cases of address error we will attempt to contact you for the correct information. Your order will only be processed once we hear back from you and the issuing bank has confirmed the correct billing address.
I accept full responsibility for the Fetal Doppler rental while it is in my possession and I agree to pay for the replacement at retail value ($449.00 for the Fetal Doppler and $549.00 for the Digital Doppler) if the unit is lost, stolen, or destroyed. I agree to return the equipment rented in clean and working condition. I assume full liability for repair costs if the unit is damaged by misuse, neglect, or accident while in my care.
Smokers - If you rent a doppler and it comes back smoke damaged it is now useless to us. By accepting the rental agreement you authorize us to charge the credit/debit card we have on file the full purchase price of the doppler $449/$549.
Fetal dopplers are regulated by the FDA and require a physicians approval. I agree to consult a medical professional before using a fetal doppler.
