Sweet Beats accepts all major credit cards and debit cards with a Visa or Mastercard logo. Upon rental/purchase of a fetal doppler or other Sweet Beats products your card will be charged total amount due at check out. Funds must be available for completion of order. At no time do we accept checks or money orders for payment of current rental accounts. Checks and Money Orders are accepted for delinquent/collections payments following the return of the fetal doppler rental equipment.
If your account becomes delinquent we will notify you via mail. If your account becomes two months delinquent you will be responsible for the past due rental charges as well as a $20 delinquent fee. If your account becomes 3 months late you will be sent to collections for the purchase price of the fetal doppler equipment ($549 or $449) less any rental payments you made previous plus an additional 30% collections fee.
Once your account becomes delinquent and we send you a letter to the address we have on file it is considered an attempt at contact.
It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your billing information. If you relocate please contact us and provide us with your new address and phone number.
On occasion our system will label an order with an address error. This happens when the billing address that was provided by you does not match what your credit card company has on file for you. In this instance we will attempt to contact you and inform you that the billing address you provided is incorrect. Your order will only be processed once we hear back from you and the issuing bank has confirmed your billing address.
