With this in mind we realize that there are times when you may need to return a purchase due to unforeseen circumstances. Thus we offer a 7 day return policy from date of purchase on unused products still in manufacturers packaging.
All refunds are at the discretion of Sweet Beats. Credits to accounts will be issued upon receipt and review of product. Purchaser to incur all shipping expenses associated with return, including original shipment of product if paid for by Sweet Beats.
Sorry, due to the nature of our products no refunds will be issued on used products regardless of circumstances.
Fetal Doppler Monitor Rental Exchanges
On occasion a customer will order a different fetal doppler monitor than they really wanted or simply change their mind. When this happens there isn't much we can do to keep from extending the additional shipping charges we incur to send the new fetal doppler monitor. With this in mind, if you are one who would like to exchange the fetal doppler monitor you rented for a different model be prepared to pay $17 in addition to the difference in price on the new fetal doppler monitor.
